We turn complex researchinto decisions that hold.
ConnectDots is a consumer research and strategy practice in Dubai, working with brands across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Our roots
ConnectDots came out of more than a decade inside fast-moving consumer goods, working with global category leaders. The pattern was consistent: the research existed, the budget had been spent, and the decision still stalled.
The gap we close
Complex, costly studies routinely failed to translate into anything a commercial team could use. We exist to simplify the work and deliver findings that are clear enough to act on without a translation layer.
What we commit to
Senior expertise on every project, local partnerships for fieldwork that reflects the real market, and analysis that ends in a recommendation with its trade-offs stated plainly.

Founder
Sophia Benarafa
Twenty years turning consumer data into decisions that hold up in a boardroom.
Sophia spent fifteen years in leadership roles at Nestlé, Henkel and Combi Block, where she learned that the hard part of research is never the fieldwork. It is getting a room of senior people to agree on what the findings mean and what to do next.
Five years as a hands-on researcher at Kantar, across a wide span of categories, sharpened the other half of the craft: designing studies that surface what consumers actually think rather than what they are willing to say.
She founded ConnectDots to close the gap she kept running into. Complex, expensive studies that never translated into a decision anyone could act on. Trilingual in English, French and Arabic, with a working network across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Tell us the decision. We will design the research.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether research is the right spend and what it should cover.
