This page describes how ConnectDots handles personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, the service you selected, and the message you wrote. The site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer that engagement. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are removed once the conversation has clearly ended. Records connected to a live or completed engagement are kept for as long as our commercial and legal obligations require.
Research participants
Data gathered during client research is handled separately, under the terms agreed for that specific study. Participants are told at the point of collection what is being gathered and how it will be used.
Your choices
Write to info@connectdots.me to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.
This is a plain-language summary rather than a jurisdiction specific legal notice. Have it reviewed by counsel before launch so it reflects UAE requirements and any client contract terms that apply.
